Terms of Service
By downloading, installing, or using the ListMyProduct.in Chrome Extension ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Description of Service
ListMyProduct.in is a Chrome Extension that uses artificial intelligence (GPT-4o Vision) to generate product listing data from uploaded images and auto-fill forms on the seller dashboard (your seller dashboard).
2. User Accounts
To use the Service, you must create an account with a valid email address and complete OTP email verification. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Each account is intended for a single user.
3. Seller ID Locking
When you first use the AI analysis feature, your subscription is permanently locked to the Seller Account ID detected in your browser session. This lock prevents unauthorized license sharing and protects the integrity of our service for all paying customers. Seller ID changes are not permitted.
4. Subscription & Billing
- Free Plan: Includes 5 total AI analyses. No payment required.
- Pro Monthly (₹499/month): Unlimited AI analyses, billed monthly.
- Pro Annual (₹4,500/year): Unlimited AI analyses, billed annually at a 25% discount.
All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the billing date. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no partial refunds will be issued for unused time.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the extension or its source code.
- Redistribute, resell, or share the extension with unauthorized users.
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose or to violate any marketplace platform's Terms of Service.
- Attempt to circumvent the Seller ID lock, free-tier limits, or anti-piracy systems.
- Create multiple accounts to abuse the free analysis quota.
6. AI-Generated Content
The product titles, descriptions, and attributes generated by the AI are provided as suggestions. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content before submitting it to any marketplace. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of AI outputs.
7. Intellectual Property
The ListMyProduct.in extension, its code, design, and branding are proprietary. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the extension for personal commercial purposes (i.e., your own e-commerce seller business). No other rights are granted.
8. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice if you violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, or attempt to circumvent our security measures. In case of termination for violations, no refund will be issued.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from the use or inability to use the Service.
Specifically, we are not liable for any actions taken by any marketplace platform against your seller account, incorrect AI-generated content, or listing rejections.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party's rights.
11. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the applicable Indian jurisdiction.
